VMariaS [17]

An activity that me, my family or friends engage in that causes pollution is the use of vehicles that run on fossil fuels for transportation.

Explanation:

Fossil fuels contribute to pollution in a large way. Burning of fossil fuels release gases like carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, oxides of sulphur, nitrogen etc which accelerate pollution. Petrol and diesel are the common fossil fuels used in vehicles.

Easy transportation is the necessity that makes people chose this alternative. There are other alternatives to fossil fuels. Vehicles can use cleaner fuels like CNG and LPG.

The vehicles can also be powered by electricity. But switching to these alternatives has some limitations as well which makes people find it difficult some times. It would never be a simple matter to sop this activity considering how important fast transportation is in this era.

olchik [2.2K]

Answer:

A. The urinary tract infections or the UTI refers to the infections found in the urethra, kidney, and bladder. The infection generally takes place because of the entry of bacteria that may invade the urethra or bladder. This leads to irritation in the bladder primarily in women.

B. In urinary tract infections, primarily the kidneys, bladder, and ureter get affected. The infection is most commonly caused by E.coli and Klebsiella species. In women, the urethra is generally shorter in comparison to males, thus, bacteria can easily invade the bladder most probably at the time of sex.

The mentioned bacteria are usually found in the digestive tract and may move into the urinary system, mainly at the time of sexual intercourse.

harina [27]

Answer:

Nitrogen cycle

Explanation:

 • Nitrogen cycle is a example of a biogeochemical cycle in which nitrogen is converted into multiple chemical forms as it circulates between the biosphere and the atmosphere.
 • Nitrogen happens to be an important nutrient for the survival of all living organisms. Despite the fact that nitrogen is abundant in the atmosphere many living organisms can not access it in this form, and it has to be converted to forms that can be used by living organisms. This is done through various processes in the nitrogen cycle.
