women who are carrying twins are more likey to have health problems regarding their pregnancy like gestational diabetes, pre eclampsia, pre mature labour and possibly bleeding. hope this helped!

Having twins is a big impact on a woman's body.

So the babies pull twice the nutrients that 1 would.
