Answer:

A scientist is most likely to use a simulation in a controlled experiment in order to observe a 1000-year process in one day.

Explanation:

In scientific observation, its carried out in the control environment so as to minimise the effects of the variables besides those independent variable, which also helps in increasing the accuracy of the results. also frequently through comparison between those control environment and other measurements. Through this process data of 1000 years can be studied in very short period of time. And also getting the accurate details. This is also known to be doing multiple experiments at certain period of time.

To efficiently provide the ideal amount of nitrogen fertilizer, some farmers make use of a "chlorophyll meter" that measures the
NikAS [45]

Answer:

Chlorophyll is a green pigment found in chloroplast in plants. It absorbs sunlight during the process of photosynthesis. It is a chelate molecule. In a chelate molecule a central metal ion forms bonds with a large organic molecule made of carbon, hydrogen and other elements like nitrogen or oxygen.

In chlorophyll, magnesium is the central metal ion and it is bonded to a large organic molecule called as porphyrin. Porphyrin constitutes four nitrogen atoms to which the central magnesium is bonded in square planar arrangement. Since chlorophyll is responsible for the green color of the leaves, more the green color more the chlorophyll content and more is the nitrogen content. Hence, chlorophyll meter measures this green light and finds out if the plant needs more or less nitrogen.

The processes responsible for virtually all surface geology are _________.
kakasveta [241]
These processes are volcanic eruptions, impact cratering, tectonics, and erosion. Impact cratering may occur due to meteoroids. The eruptions and disruptions caused during these processes lead to the release of many minerals and other components which eventually affect the surface geology of a planet.

When giving a talk about the theories of Marshall McLuhan, Sandy first made sure to thoroughly explain the term "media ecology."
STALIN [3.7K]

Answer:

Giving a definition.

Explanation:

Giving a definition deals with properly explaining the term(s) concerned to avoid further confusion and to make sure your audience ain't lost. It is not merely to copy what was printed in other dictionaries that gives a definition. Choose terms that your understanding or that personal observations has affected. By defining its roles, structure or existence, you can define a phrase.
