All muscle cells have a little ATP within them that they can use immediately, however, only enough to last for about 3 seconds. Therefore, all muscle cells contain a high-energy compound called creatine phosphate which is broken down to make more ATP quickly.
Vacuoles are essential in plants because the plants need a place to store water, and be able to keep their upright shape. In animals, we have muscles and bones to keep us upright, and plants have vacuoles. Hope this helps!
