So, you have to plot the points on the graph.
Your point is (4, -3/4) so, plot the 4 on the x-axis, and the -3/4 on the y-axis.
Go to the right on the x-axis 4 units to get to (4, 0) and from there go <em>down</em> (becuase it is a negative (-3/4)) 3/4 of a unit.
