Approximately how many sentences should your Summary contain?

Social Studies
2 answers:
WARRIOR [948]3 years ago
8 0

b or c depending who this is for or class its around 3-8 sentences

GalinKa [24]3 years ago
6 0

Answer:

The correct answer to the question: approximately how many sentences should your Summary contain, would be B: 2 to 3.

Explanation:

Although this exact numbering depends entirely on the intended audience, and some professors and experts stress that the correct number of sentences would de 5 to 6, because they consider this is enough to summarize correctly the main ideas on a text, I believe this is more arbitrary than it seems. However, in general, when someone is trying to summarize a text, all they need to do is really condense the main idea of a text, and the principle aspects that support the main idea. If done correctly, and in a medium-sized text, this can be accomplished in a total of 3 sentences, at most. This is why the choice was 2 to 3.

Tabula rasa when translated to English means a blank slate.
