Dr. X also lists the twelve most unwanted bacterias that are in the group of the bad ones, as E.coli and Salmonell, that are not easily detected as others.Although with all these informations, in the beginning he explains that food safety has everything about bacteria, making "the role of bacteria in food safety" the principal subject on the first module of the video.
