Because if you are not then you will never have a chance to change the world by doing good and your family will miss you because no matter what you think there are people who still care about you and im no expert but there is still many more reasons why you should live

okay I think I covered the basics about my mental health and social health and the steps I follow.  I have a board on my wall in my bed room I keep theses steps on, When I look at the board it's easy to remember the steps I need to take to be a better person. A while back I got really depressed to the point I had to see a doctor about it or shrink if you wanna call it that, but he introduced me to these steps, and I thank him every time I see him. Anyway here is my answers. :)
