Eli he rode his bike 1 1/10 miles, until he forgot his book so he went back which is another 1 1/10 miles. 1 1/10 x 2 = 2 1/5. Then, he left his house again and rode his bike 3 3/4 miles. The question is basically asking for the amount of miles it took him to get to the library so you would have to add 3 3/4 and 2 1/5 which equals 5 19/20. Hope this helps!!

5.95 is your answer because Eli biked 1 1/10 and then he returned to his home that would be 1 + 1/10 + 1 1/10 = 2.2 but then Eli returned to the library which is 3 3/4 from her home so add 2.2 + 3 3/4 = 5.95

Express the trig ratios as fractions in simplest terms.
Neporo4naja [7]

Answer:

See below

Step-by-step explanation:

\cos M=\frac{adjacent}{hypotenuse}=\frac{56}{70}=\frac{4}{5}\\\\\sin L=\frac{opposite}{hypotenuse}=\frac{56}{70}=\frac{4}{5}

Hence, both ratios are equal to each other

Comppete the equation <br> X^2+y^2-10x+6y=15
mart [117]
I believe you meant:  Use completing the square to determine the center and radius of the circle represented by this equation:   <span>X^2+y^2-10x+6y=15

x^2 - 10x + 25 - 25 + y^2 + 6y + 9 - 9 = 15
Then:
     (x-5)^2               +   (y+3)^2            = 24   = 2sqrt(6)

This circle is centered at (5,-3) and has radius 2sqrt(6).</span>

In the probability distribution to the right, the random variable X represents the number of marriages an individual aged 15 ye
kodGreya [7K]

The table of the probability is missing, so i have attached it.

Answer:

μ = 0.919

The interpretation of this is that;on the average, an individual aged 15 years or older has been involved in 0.919 marriages.

Step-by-step explanation:

The expected value which is also called mean value is denoted by the symbol μ. It is defined as the sum of the product of each possibility x with it's probability P(x) as the formula;

μ = Σx.P(x) = (0 × 0.272) + (1 × 0.575) + (2 × 0.121) + (3 × 0.027) + (4 × 0.004) + (5 × 0.001)

μ = 0.919

Thus, the interpretation of this is that;on the average, an individual aged 15 years or older has been involved in 0.919 marriages.
