What are negative impacts of trenchwarfare
Mrac [35]

The main big one would be disease and infections. Trench fever, trench foot and trench mouth were common diseases people got when involved in trench warfare. Trench foot happens when the feet are exposed for long periods of time to cold water and mud. Trench fever is caused when body ice transfers from one place to another. Overcrowding conditions make this prone to happen. It causes headaches, sore muscles, skin lesions on the chest and backs as well as fever.

I hope this helps :)

In the diagram shown below, P and Q represent two processes P Liquid Gas Q V Solid What processes do P and Q represent? O Both r
mr Goodwill [35]
P represents heating and Q represent cooling.
this is because when you start from a liquid and turn to a gas the particles move faster making them farther apart, causing a gas. the opposite happens when you go from a liquid to a solid. the partials move closer together causing a solid to form. :)

The easiest way to find such limits, where there is a numerator and a denominator is to apply <span><span>Hospital's Rule.
1st find the derivative of the numerator and the derivative of the denominator, if it still gives an indeterminate value, find the second derivative of N and D

3) lim sin(2x)/x when x →0
 Derivative sin2x → 2cos2x
 Derivative x→ 1
 2cos2x/1 when x→0 , 2cos2x → 2
 and lim sin(2x)/x when x →0 is 2

4) lim(sinx)/(2x²-x)

→cosx/(2x-1) when x →0 cosx/(2x-1) = -1
and lim(sinx)/(2x²-x) when x →0 is -1

and so on and so forth. Try to continue following the same principle

Which of the following outcomes is most consistent with the pluralist model of democracy?
lana [24]

Answer: d) Federal bureaucrats delay implementation of the new law after it has passed Congress.

Explanation:

The pluralist democracy can be described as a kind of political system where there is more than one center of power. This means that the power is allocated in different hands and authorities. This allows the freedom of association. It may exists without democracy.

The congress has passed the law under its authority but it has to be passed or implemented by the federal bureaucrats as the power is allocated to the different centers under the pluralist model of democracy.

Nina [5.8K]

Group of answer choices.

A. Ahmed, who studied mathematics and economics.

B. Michelle, who studied psychology and physiology.

C. Marisol, who studied communications and business.

D. Jackson, who studied liberal arts and foreign languages.

Answer:

C. Marisol, who studied communications and business

Explanation:

Human resources (HR) can be defined as an art of managing, controlling and improving the number of people (employees or workers), functions, activities which are being used effectively and efficiently by an organization. Thus, human resources managers are saddled with the responsibility of managing and improving the welfare and working conditions of the employees working in an organization.

In this scenario, Marta is interviewing candidates for a position in the Human Resources department at her company. She is deciding who to interview by going through resumés and looking at the subject areas in which each candidate studied.

Hence, the candidate that would be the best choice for Marta to interview is Marisol, who studied communications and business because with her course of study, she should have the requisite knowledge and skill set to work effectively and efficiently in the Human Resources department.
