Yea I remember when this started, It was more of everybody was very stressed and not as much worried. The reason everybody is so stressed is because the school system as many many major flaws and everybody (Including staff) is at risk when they go to school. With hundreds of people in the same building for 7-8 hours a day anything can spread. There are also some kids are not okay in the head and their parents refused to acknowledge that and send them to school putting us in even more risk. I have almost gotten seriously injured or even killed 3-4 times at school.

Well there is no right answer because everyone has different way to overcome different problems in a situation.I say try talking to someone that you really trust.Like for me when I am feeling really low I go talk to my grandma because she makes me feel so much better.Or even try doing the things you love the most.Also here is another thought if you have an animal try going to that animal it is proven that animals can make you feel better just don't put yourself down because you can overcome anything by just being you and talking to someone.
