Take all the temperatures and add them together then divide that by five and you get 36.3

So the answer is 36.3

36.9+34.6+37+40.2+32.8=181.5
181.5/5=36.3

The average daily temperature was 36.3°F
(Which is pretty low, are you sure it was Fahrenheit and not Celsius?)

X and y is the variable
4x-7y=3
x-7y=-15

what is the answer please
andrezito [222]
Use linear combination to solve this. It is much faster than substitution. I would start by multiplying the bottom equation by -1.
4x-7y=3
-x+7y=15
Then, add the two equations together. The result is:
3x=18.
You've eliminated one variable. Now you can solve for the other one.
Divide both sides by 3 to get
x=6
Plug this into one of the original equations, then solve for y
-(6)+7y=15
7y=21
y=3

Check your work by plugging these values into both equations to see if they remain true

A rigid transformation is applied to figure A to produce figure B.
djverab [1.8K]

Answer:

A

Step-by-step explanation:

Figure A is reflected over the x-axis to get Figure B. Reflection is a rigid transformation because it doesn't change the size/shape of a figure.
