300=xy and 363=(xr)(yr)=xyr^2 so

363/300=xyr^2/(xy)

1.21=r^2

r=1.1

So the dimensions were increased by 10%

Question~
Rasek [7]

Answer:

 • B. 1

Step-by-step explanation:

Multiply the first term by x^a, the second term by x^b, the third term by x^c.

The first term becomes:

 • x^a/(x^a+x^b+x^c)

The second term becomes:

 • x^b/(x^a+x^b+x^c)

The third term becomes:

 • x^c/(x^a+x^b+x^c)

Their sum is:

 • (x^a+x^b+x^c)/(x^a+x^b+x^c) = 1

Correct choice is B

A carpenter charges $45 for every 50 feet of fence he builds plus a travel charge of $37.50. If the equation, C = 4550F + 37.5 ,
Tju [1.3M]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the total cost of the building expressed as;

C = 4550F + 37.5

C is the total cost

F is the length of the fence

Given

C = $352.50

Required

The length of the fence F

Substitute into the formula;

C = 4550F + 37.5

$352.50 = 4550F + 37.5

4550F = 352.50 - 36.5

4550F = 316

F = 316/4550

F = 0.0695 feet

hence 0.0695 feet of fence will cost $352.50
