Well when an object floats, a force pushes up on the object. The force then acts against the downward force of gravity. Which is called the buoyant force.( 8.8.c) The buoyant force on an object in a fluid is an upward force equal to the weight of the fluid the object has displaced.

Answer:

Option A. Double Replacement

Explanation:

A double displacement reaction is a kind of reaction in which there is an exchange of the ions of the two reactants to form a different products. In the equation, K in KOH displaces H in H3PO4 to form K3PO4 and also, the H combines with OH to form water.

H3PO4+3KOH -> K3PO4+3H20

Which ion has the same electron configuration as an atom of He?
mariarad [96]

Answer;

H- (negatively charged hydrogen ion)

Explanation;

The hydrogen ion has the same electron configuration as an atom of Helium. -Hydrogen ion is formed when a hydrogen atom loses or gains an electron. A positively charged ion is formed when hydrogen atom loses an electron (remaining with zero electrons) while a negatively charged ion (H-) is formed when a hydrogen atom gains an electron thus having 2 electrons.

-Helium atom has two electrons, therefore, it is similar with an negatively charged hydrogen.
