Test each one out! Coordinates are written in (x, y) so just substitute each one

A) 3(1)+2(4) = 11
B) 3(2)+2(3) = 12
C) 3(3)+2(1) = 11
D) 3(4)+2(-1) = 10

Out of all these answers B has a value less than 12 so the answer is:

B (2,3)
