What Karen's is doing by adding a point against the name of the students who misbehave is simply punishment.

What is a result of the federal and state governments having concurrent powers?
Brums [2.3K]

Answer:

The correct answer is C. The federal and state governments sometimes disagree over who has power over a certain area.

Explanation:

Concurrence of powers is called the situation in which two or more government agencies have the power to intervene on the same situation or territory. Thus, although the Constitution of the United States establishes that federal laws are supreme and therefore the prerogatives of the federal government prevail over those of the states, it may happen that there are conflicts of jurisdiction between the different federal and state government agencies, generating controversy regarding which is the authority to resolve a given question.

What is the last events of the Neolithic age
leonid [27]

Here are some of the final major events of this age

1. Agriculture begins in some areas of Central America. Pottery is made in Mexico which is used to store food.

2. Starting in the Middle East, the Neolithic period starts to move into the Copper Age as copper tools replace stone tools. Eventually all groups will move towards tools made with either copper, bronze, and/or iron as people realize how useful the new tools are. The Neolithic Era will be remembered as the major transition from the hunting, gathering, and wandering groups to the agricultural communities and the domestication of animals.

3. More areas start practicing farming, including parts of Europe and then eventually England and Scandinavia. Houses are made with wooden sticks woven together and then covered with clay and mud. As more people live in villages, some forms of government develop.

Hope this helps!
