I am in a Fitness program called fit52 By Carrie Underwood and it is a wonderful Program to work with. But, you have to have a good Diet and being physically fit is hard if you smoke. The reason I say that this is that answer is because none of the other answers make since. Maturation doesn't because you can workout at the age of 7. Age doesn't make since because there is people that work out at the age of 70. Environment doesn't make since because you can work out anywhere either it be the Gym, Park, or at you house. and it can't be all of the above because not all of them are right. so, in saying that the Correct answer is Other Lifestyle choices such as diet and smoking
