Both mean and median are 3.

the mean is calculated by adding the values up and dividing by the number of values. the median is calculated by ordering them from least to greatest and finding the middle value (sometimes there are two).

Hope I helped.

George Jones bought 40 notebooks. If each notebook costs 3.49 and the sales tax is 5%, how much did he pay for the notebooks?
BigorU [14]

Answer:

$146.58

Step-by-step explanation:

Price of 1 notebook: $3.49

Price of 40 notebooks: 40 * $3.49 = $139.60

Sales tax is 5% of $139.60: 5% * $139.60 = 0.05 * $139.60 = $6.98

Price of 40 notebooks plus sales tax: $139.60 + $6.98 = $146.58

Answer: $146.58

Solve this inequality: 39+11+8q>99
omeli [17]
First we do 50+8q > 99, then we pass the 50 to the other side like this:

8q > 99 - 50, then 8q > 49.

At last, we divide, and we get: q > 49/8.

So the answer is: q > 49/8

Hope this helped! c:

The angles in a
fredd [130]

Answer:

150°

Step-by-step explanation:

The sum of the angles in a quadrilateral = 360°

Divide by the sum of the parts of the ratios to find the value of one part of the ratio.

sum of parts , 3 + 2 + 2 + 5 = 12 parts

360° ÷ 12 = 30° ← value of 1 part of the ratio , then

3 parts = 3 × 30° = 90°

2 parts = 2 × 30° = 60°

5 parts = 5 × 30° = 150°

The largest angle in the quadrilateral is 150°
