Collaborating with a team when conducting research can have many benefits, such as:

  • <em>More creativity.</em> Because of the larger number of people, and the diversity of ideas, collaboration can lead to more creative outcomes.
  • <em>Less work.</em> If you organize things well, collaboration can reduce the amount of work each person has without compromising the quality of the work.
  • <em>Wider variety of techniques</em>. Every person conducts research slightly differently. Therefore, when there is collaboration within a group, each person can bring new strategies to the table, and in this way, find information that would not have been found otherwise.
