The answer is found by finding what <A+<B+<C=180. since we know that <B=53 and <C=90, we can logically deduce by adding <A+52+90=180.

Your cell phone plan charges you $.02 to send a text message and $.07 to recieve a text message. You plan to spend no more than
Anna35 [415]

Answer:

(a) Y = \frac{2}{7} X+\frac{500}{7}

(b) Here the intercept means that we pay \frac{500}{7} more than \frac{2}{7} X for each text message received

(c) 145 text messages sent and 30 messages received

75 text messages sent and 50 messages received

180 text messages sent and 20 messages received

Step-by-step explanation:

Here we have

X×0.02 + Y×0.07 = 5

Therefore the equation is

Y = \frac{2}{7} X+\frac{500}{7}

b. Here the intercept means that we pay \frac{500}{7} more than \frac{2}{7} X for each text message received

c. Other combinations are

145 text messages sent and 30 messages received

75 text messages sent and 50 messages received

180 text messages sent and 20 messages received.

Please help me with this problem
mote1985 [20]
To evaluate this expression, we simply plug the value of the variable into the expression and solve.

Since m = -4, plug a -4 in for m every time the m appears in the expression.

So we have (-4)^2 + 6(-4) + 3.

Start by simplifying the exponent.

(-4)^2 is 16.

Now multiply.

A positive times a negative is a negative.

So 6(-4) is -24.

So we have 16 + 24 + 3 which is 43.

Una torre de 28.2 m de altura esta situada a la orilla de un rio, desde lo alto del edificio el ángulo de depresión a la orilla
Svet_ta [14]

Answer:

El ancho del río es 59.9 metros.

Step-by-step explanation:

El ancho del río lo podemos calcular con la siguiente relación trigonométrica asumiendo que la torre forma un triángulo rectángulo con el río:

tan(\theta) = \frac{CO}{CA}

\theta = (90 - 25.2)^{\circ} = 64.8 ^{\circ}

Ahora, el ancho del río es:

CO = tan(\alpha)*CA = tan(64.8)*28.2 = 59.9 m

Por lo tanto, el ancho del río es 59.9 metros.
