Martin Luther King Jr. taught nonviolent protests and working through the system to change it. He wanted to show the establishment that it was time to change through peaceful means.
The Black Panthers, in the other hand, wanted to show the strength of the black man. They believed the only way they were going to get change was through force and threats.
I think the black militancy of the 1960s hurt the cause of civil rights. The people who held outdated beliefs about blacks that they were savage and a lower race than whites took the violence of the Black Panthers as proof of their bigotry. They didn't even hear the peaceful messages of MLK and others like him. It took a lot longer to get equal rights legislation passed than I believe it would have without the actions of the Black Panther. Hope I helped :D

Mashcka [7]

As President, Roosevelt pushed executive powers to new limits, arguing that the rise of industrial capitalism had rendered limited government obsolete.

Roosevelt’s stewardship theory unmoored presidential power from the Constitution and made it directly accountable to the people.

Roosevelt continued until his death to press for Progressive reforms that would move the country closer to the social democracies of Europe.

Effect of the stopping on China

By 1449, many tribes unified and their attacks and counterattacks were to haunt the Ming Dynasty for almost two centuries till its fall. The act forced military attention to be focused on the north. However, the circumstance in the south was not good as well. Consequent to lack of diplomatic attention, pirates and smugglers again were active in the South China Sea.

They wanted to convert the indigenous people from there original religion. Next, they went there for the intriguing thought of gold. They wanted to be rich. What better way to get rich than gold through the help of trade. Next of glory, glory came from expanding their territory. The more land a country had the more powerful they would be.
