The answer is:

There is no such thing as an specific country with that tradition. Researchers at the University of Glasgow concluded in their study that European countries and American focus more on the whole face, unlike the Easterners who look directly into the eyes.

People's culture influences the way how individuals read facial expressions of others; although eastern cultured individuals such as Japanese tend to have a holistic approach when reading other people's emotions, considering what surrounds that other person to identify them, they tend to focus particularly on the eyes; and people from more western countries like Germany i.e., in spite of the tendency of value human independence over the individual's interconnection with the rest of the group, they tend to focus more on the entire face.

In the upcoming Florida elections, there is a ballot measure referendum in which voters can decide whether or not to permanently
Masja [62]

The most effective way would be for Alex to influence the outcome in her district with the election just a week away to call registered voters using an automated system that plays a message advising them to make the funding permanent.

Option: B

Explanation:

Referendum is a important step of changing constitution. Many of the states like Florida follow this way like Ireland. Registered voters would decide whether they permanently enshrine funding for wildlife protection in the Everglades or not.

For this purpose the most fruitful way is to call the registered voters by an auto generated message by advising them who are above 18 years old and permanent citizen of Florida to make the funding permanent. In this the the outcome in individual field will be more successful.

Sidana [21]

Answer:

The 14th Amendment guarantees Equal protection .

Explanation:

The 14th Amendment addresses various matters regarding the citizenship and rights of the citizens. This amendment guaranteed that all individuals would be treated the same way without any sort of discrimination, and this shall be done regardless of the circumstances.

This ensures the protection of civil rights and allows a government to rule impartially without making any distinctions based on matters of irrelevance. When an individual feels that either the federal or the state government has violated this clause, he /she can file a lawsuit against the government for relief.

Are individuals empowered and do they understand their human rights or when the rights
Akimi4 [234]
This depends for example on where the individuals live and for example in many countries of Western Europe people might be relatively well informaed of their rights

But generally I believe people are not too empowered because:
1) they don't challenge unfavorable work contracts
2) they don't take sick leave even if they can
3) they don't challenge their supervisors out of fear of loosing a job
4) they rarely seek justice in court
5) they might not be aware of their right to sick leave for example
