Before going back to work i would send my child to nursery, so if they call me up saying she upset or something that means i would have to go get him/her this way it doesn't affect your job then when him/her is settled in go back to work. sending your children to nursery/school is important as it helps develops their social, emotional, intellectual and physical skills (PIES).
