Murrr4er [49]

Answer: Comanche and Apache territories are northwest

Explanation: They are these territories that are northwest which is something to do with the natives which includes them to be a tribe. The comanche were the only native americans more powerful than the apache. When they finally gained power , they made them move further west . They had to make peace with their enemies meaning no war just peace , they were more powerful than the other people.

Why did Texans declare independence from mexico in 1836? Can someone be nice enough to help me please !!
ruslelena [56]
Texas was previously under the power of Mexico's dictator, Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna. the Texonians already wanted to be free from Mexico, but what sealed the deal was the settlers in America wanting to expand their land, leaving Texas with the hope of being accepted by America as one of their states. even though Andrew Jackson (Americas president at the time) didn't want to annex Texas because of the chances of firing up any more conflicts between Mexico and America, the people of the US urged Texas to become independent so that it COULD be annexed to the united states.

Why is the war of 1812 often called the secondary war of indepence
kifflom [539]

The war of 1812 is often called the Second War of Independence, for Britain attacked and almost defeated the US (see burning of the White House) in an epic battle. However, it was not exactly a second war of independence, for the US was the one that initiated the conflict by invading Canada, then a colony of Britain. To gain wide-spread support, the US made it so that it sounded like the UK was the aggressor.
