The organization of a business allows for that business to run smoothly and improve. The different types of organization are sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company, and corporation. The amount of risk you take and how much of the business you control varies between these different types of organization. A sole proprietorship may sound best at first, with you being the only one in charge and controlling the business yourself, but as the business grows you may need help running it. Switching to a different types of organization would allow your business to grow, and profits to increase.
