What it’s actually asking you to do is to divide 320 by 8, and then multiply that by 3. what you would be doing by divided 320 by 8 is finding out how many students are 1/8 of the total. then multiplying that by 3 will get you 3/8 of the total amount, or the amount of students that are left handed
