The unique aspect of norepinephrine release is that , they are released by axon Varicosities. Long postganglionic sympathetic fibers lead from the sympathetic chain to the target organ where they are terminated with bulbous enlargements called varicosities. The modified axon endings release a neurotransmitter, in the case of sympathetic nervous system norepinephrine, into its surroundings. Norepinephrine is known to be neurotransmitter for postganglionic sympathetic adrenergic nerves and functions by mobilizing the brain and body for action. Varicosities can be thought of as a series of small beads strung on a string, each axon has a relatively high number of these endings. The varicosities have no postsynaptic terminal assigned.

Kazeer [188]

Answer:

The structure of their noses.

Explanation:

Catarrhines are distinguished from platyrrhines by several traits but the main distinctive feature between them, is the structure of their noses. This forms the basis of their names.

Platyrrhines are characterized by laterally-placed, rounded nostrils or flat-nosed while catarrhines have narrow, downward-facing nostrils or hooked-nosed.

Another distinguishing feature include their dental formulation which is 2.1.2.3 in catarrhines and 2.1.3.3 in platyrrhines.

The skull structure of catarrhines have frontal bone which make contact with the sphenoid bone unlike the platyrrhines.

Generally, catarrhines are much bigger in size than platyrrhines.

I need an hypothisis on How does temperature change affect surface tension?
Dafna1 [17]

Hypothesis: I believe an increase in temperature would lead to a decrease in surface tension.

Here's why: As the temperature increases, the molecular interaction between the liquids molecules becomes weaker because the hydrogen bond is the main factor for association between two molecules. It is a very weak bond to begin with, so when the temperature increases, it just further weakens it.
