When the continental congress first voted on the declaration of independence, it received 9 of 12 possible votes.

The declaration of Independence was approved by the Second continental congress on July 4, 1776 after passing the Lee Resolution.

The Continental Congress consisted on a meeting of delegates from each of the thirteen American colonies.

The First Continental Congress was held from September 5 through October 26, 1774.

The abolitionist movement was against people being dis-empowered and enslaved because of their colour. The feminist movement grew from the same point, particularly in the USA and England, for women realized they had been dis-empowered because of their gender. Neither gender or colour was choice.

All this is clearly the way to expose how every part of American and white society is racist, and engage both the professionals, the high church members, as well as the representatives of the judiciary power, all involved in the horrible act of lynching a old african-american man.
