Rate (or speed) = distance/time
V1 = 135/3 = 45 mi/h
V2 = 189/3.5 = 54mi/h

Well there aint no whole number for this thee are 85 in each bag, so what is 680 divide 12 that is 56.6 like i said not a whole number so round to nearest.
