I think whenever a data value is below the mean then the corresponding Z-score would be negative. A Z-score indicates the number of standard deviation an element or a value is from the mean. The z-score is calculated by the formula; z= (X-μ)/σ where z is the z-score, X is the value of the element, μ is the population mean, and σ is the standard deviation.

2 $2,910 1,920 $197 6.77%

3 $3,060 2,000 $135 4.41%

4 $3,170 2,020 $47 1.48%

5 $3,250 2,050 0 0%

6 $3,220 2,030 $8 0.25%

7 $3,160 2,010 $46 1.46%

8 $3,000 1,990 $184 6.13%

9 $2,770 1,850 $260 9.39%

10 $2,370 1,250 0 0%

11 $2,380 1,450 $210 8.82%

12 $2,600 1,740 $309 11.88%

                                                                                    60.37%

variable cost per unit = (highest activity cost - lowest activity cost) / (highest activity units - lowest activity units) = ($3,250 - $2,370) / (2,050 - 1,250) = $880 / 800 units = $1.10 per unit

fixed cost = $3,250 – ($1.10 x 2,050) = $995

Cost model = $995 + $1.10X

2. Calculate the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) for the cost equation you developed in requirement 1.

MAPE = 60.37% / 12 = 5.03%

which of the following statements is true of the economy in the long run? In the long run, real GDP eventually moves to potentia
garri49 [273]

Answer:

All of these is true.

Explanation:

In the long run, the real GDP moves to potential level. It is because in the long run when the price level increases, the price of factor inputs increases as well.

The economy can produce reach natural rate of employment and potential output at any price level. Increase in price does not cause the output to increase in the long run.

Improvement in the state of technology or increase in available resources causes the output level to increase.

Cyclical unemployment will not exist in the long run, only natural unemployment will exist. All the available resources will be fully employed in the long run.

Deffense [45]

Answer: c . Depreciation

Explanation:

When accounting for fixed assets, it is important that they are recorded at their book value to reflect the effects of being utilized. This means that depreciation needs to be charged on fixed assets.

Even though the equipment in question was only purchased 2.5 months prior to the financial reports being made, depreciation still needs to be accounted for such that the equipment is represented at its book value in the financial statement.
