The Supreme Court's ability to interpret the Constitution is called Judicial review.

Further Explanations:

The Federal Structure of the United States has divided its power division into three branches,a judicial branch, and the executive branch andlegislative branch with a bicameral division. The power of the judiciary is vested in the hands of the Supreme court having both Appellate as well as Original Jurisdiction over theconstitutional issues and Lower courts. The Original Jurisdiction exercised by the Supreme Court is derived under Article III under Section 2 while its judicial power to review and intercept the constitutional treaties is vested under clause 2 of section 2.

The Supreme court also exercises the power of Appellate Jurisdiction over the cases arising under the United States constitution.The clause provides the authority for administrative regulation against the constitutional amendments, though the constitution does provide authority of judicial reviews to the federal Judiciary as many framers reviewed it as an inappropriate power for federal judiciary to exercise. In spite of all this, the Supreme Court of the United States exercises the authority to examine that the regulation statue or treaties are violating the existing constitutional laws or not.

How did Europeans continue their explorations beyond the Americas?
madreJ [45]

Answer:

The 1490's was a time of sailing, exploration, war, and trade. They competed for land, explored and invaded foreign lands, led conquests, and were victorious. This time was also full of powerful leaders, such as Hernando Cortés who led the expedition to mexico and Montezuma, who was the ruler of the Aztec Empire. The history of North America is very unique, it's a wide combination of European cultures and new American characteristics. North American's history began with the Vikings brief stint in 1000 A.D and continued through England's colonization of the Atlantic in the 17th century. This history laid the foundation of the United States of America. As more Europeans arrived, the Americas moved westward across the continent. During the expeditions, Americans were enticed by the lure of riches and opened land, and the desire to fulfill the nation's destiny.

vivado [14]

Answer;

Similarities;

-All did not live on river basins

-Aegean, Anatolia and Europe all buried their royals with jewelry, personal items or weapons.

-Europe, Africa and Americas traded goods

-American and Sub Saharan had egalitarian societies based on hunting and gathering and basic agriculture.

Explanation;

-Towns emerged and agriculture advanced, but not with the leaps and bounds of the great river-basin civilizations.
