Answer:

The first amendment permits all citizens of the United States of America to protest or criticize the government or government policy or action when they don't include actual threats, obscenity, incite to lawless actions, advertise or perform integral illegal conduct while they perform their protest. In all cases when this is not included. The first amendment protects the protestor.

Explanation:

All right, first of all, the first amendment says all citizens are free to manifest their thoughts about any government action but only when they don't make threats, talk obscenity, incite to lawless actions, or advertise. Also, that they can make a protest and they won't arrest them if they don't break the freedom of someone else. For example, stopping the traffic, attacking vehicles, vandalizing them is an act to be arrested because those are illegal acts. That is why many people use the term peaceful protest. Because in those protests, there is no riot or damage involved. And that type of protest is a legal protest.

Mademuasel [1]

Answer:The reporting of research results

Explanation:

The reporting of the results should represent the actual information that was gathered and shouldn't be made up however researchers may be tempted to make their research sounds more interesting than it would if there were to represent the facts as they are .

These may be done by giving inaccurate statistical values, rejecting negative outcome like Professor Kwan above, not reporting the true numbers, using inaccurate graphs etc.

Professor Kwan received the results that she did not expect to receive hence she makes up the data , rejecting the actual results and ommitting the actual information that she received so now she is not reporting the accurate infromation.

grin007 [14]

Explanation:

Constitution of Nepal 2015 (Nepali: नेपालको संविधान २०७२) is the present governing Constitution of Nepal. Nepal is governed according to the Constitution which came into effect on Sept 20, 2015, regarding the Interim Constitution of 2007.[1][2] The constitution of Nepal is divided into 35 parts, 308 Articles and 9 Schedules.

The Constitution was drafted by the Second Constituent Assembly following the failure of the First Constituent Assembly to produce a constitution in its mandated period after the devastating earthquake in April 2015. The constitution was endorsed by 90% of the total legislators. Out of 598 Constituent Assembly members, 538 voted in favor of the constitution while 60 people voted against it, including a few Terai-based political parties which refrained from the voting process.

Its institutions were put in place in 2010 and 2018 through a series of direct and indirect elections in all governing levels.
