Answer:

A. 5 minutes

Explanation:

Workout or exercises are important in maintaining a healthy body system. When it is done the heart rate is usually increased . This is due to the heart needing to pump more blood to the other parts of the body in order to supply enough oxygen to them as a result of the tedious activities being undergone.

The intensity of the workout however is too difficult if the heart rate has not returned to 120 beats per minute (bpm)within how five (5) minutes.

every situation has it's pros & cons such as this pandemic. almost every country is on lockdown which hurts the economy all around the world. we're "locked" in our houses, most people work from home & schools are either cancelled or online classes are being held. this situation puts a lot of anxiety on many people, makes many people's mental health worse if they can't cope. if that's the case self-management seems to be harder to do. on the other side if people can easily cope with this position or they're more introverted or e.g have social anxiety their self-management may be easier since they don't need to press themselves into situations with other people. this is just a generalisation & anything can be otherwise as i stated but that's my view based on people's reaction/feelings/thoughts around me.
