Need help i don't understand
astra-53 [7]

Okay, I've read over both questions a few times and I think I know the answers:

The first question would be "Taking" because everything else in that sentence points to a past tense except for the word "taking" which is a present tense thus meaning its inconsistent with the sentence.

The second question would be "After we moved to montana" because its why they had to build the log cabin.

I hope my answers are correct and I wish you luck on your test!

Should "j. c. penney" be capital?
IRINA_888 [86]

Yes. Since this is a proper noun, it should be capitalized. A proper noun names a specific person, place, or thing. Since this is a name of a specific company, it has to be in capital letters. So, this has to be changed into: "J.C.Penny"

Hope it helps :)

Ksivusya [100]

Hello. You did not enter the text, quotes and the answer to part A that this question refers to. This makes it impossible for this question to be answered. However, I will try to help you in the best possible way.

To answer this question, you must first understand the meaning of the answer to part A and the reason why that answer was presented. Then you must analyze all quotes and identify those that best collaborate with the answer in part A, that is, which quotes prove that this answer is correct, complement that answer, being able to extend the meaning of it, or justify its use as the correct answer.
