The first graph.
when x=2, y=-5
X^3 has a positive coefficient, (in this case, the coefficient is 1), so the larger is, the larger y is, the smaller x is, the smaller y is.

The right answer is the first graph. to know that, I just substituted 0 in x and I got -13 so that eliminated the second and third graphs. then I substituted -1 and that told me the rigth graph is the first one

The admision fee at a basket ball game is 350$ for children and 750$ for adults. On a certain night,1500 people enter the basket
Hoochie [10]

Note: The only way to solve this problem is by adjusting the fees to $3.50 and $7.50.

Answer:

1300 children attended the basketball game

Step-by-step explanation:

System of Equations

Let's call:

x = number of children attending the basketball game

y = number of adults attending the basketball game

On a certain night, 1500 people enter the game, thus:

x + y = 1500           [1]

Since each admission fee for children cost $3.50 and $7.50 for adults and it was collected $6050, thus:

3.50x + 7.50y = 6050            [2]

From [1]:

y = 1500 - x

Substituting in [2]:

3.50x + 7.50(1500 - x) = 6050

Operating:

3.50x +  11250 - 7.50 = 6050

-4x = 6050 - 11250

Solving:

x = 1300

1300 children attended the basketball game

The regression equation y = -0.414x + 106.55 approximates the percent of people in an
murzikaleks [220]

The correct option will be: A. 67%

Explanation

Given equation is: y = -0.414x + 106.55 , where x is the length of the film in minutes and y is the percentage of people finish watching the film.

Here, the length of the documentary is given as 95 minutes. So, we will plug x=95 into the above equation and get....

y=-0.414(95)+106.55\\ \\ y=-39.33+106.55\\ \\ y=67.22 \approx 67

(Rounded to the nearest percent)

So, the percentage of people in an audience who will finish watching a documentary that is 95 minutes long will be 67%
