When the body releases perspiration then the temperature of the body returns to its original temperature. The body starts perspiration only when the temperature of the human body rises above normal.

Then the body starts perspiration to give cooling sensation to the body by releasing the heat out of the body along with the water.

This sensation allows the body to cool down and returns it in the original temperature.
