Answer:

Nephron is the functional unit of kidney. The kidney contains around 4 to 5 million of nephrons in their structure. These nephrons helps in the blood filtration.

The loop of Henley passes down the filtrate for the production of urine. The excess salt is removed from the loop and deposited in the medullary part of the kidney. This is important as the nephron can now become hyperosmotic medullary concentration and helps in the urine production.

PZ120 is not considered to be an enhancer to transcription in the metallothionein 2a gene.

About metallothionein 2A.

Metallothionein-2 is a metallothionein protein that in humans is encoded by the MT2A gene.

In human it is expressed in;

 • pericardium
 • right lobe of liver
 • olfactory bulb
 • left uterine tube
 • external globus pallidus
 • right lobe of thyroid gland
 • upper lobe of left lung
 • Region I of hippocampus proper
 • right lung
 • left lobe of thyroid gland

It's molecular function are;

 • Protein ion binding
 • Zinc ion binding
 • Metal ion binding

It helps in various biological processes;

 • response to metal ion
 • cellular response to interleukin-3
 • cellular response to erythropoietin
 • negative regulation of growth
 • cellular response to zinc ion
 • interferon-gamma-mediated signaling pathway
 • cellular copper ion homeostasis

Microscope talk:
levacccp [35]

Answer:

The correct answer would be large NA

The resolution of a microscope is defined as its ability to distinguish two closely placed points as different entities.

The NA or numerical aperture of an objective is defined as the ability of a microscope to gather light.

NA determines the resolving power of the microscope that is, the higher the NA the higher will be the resolving power of the microscope.

However, the total resolution of any microscope also depends upon the NA of the substage condenser.
