The right answer is B.

A hematoma is a mass of blood that appears inside a tissue after a haemorrhage that occurs following a shock (for example, after receiving a punch). It can lead to detachment and swelling of the skin.

Hematomas can cause superficial bruising, but can also develop deep or in organs such as the brain.

B. because since Hematoma means “swelling” , on the graph showing tissue blood volume over time I'd called the peak the most likely place where the hematoma occurs.
