Hey there Unrazed90,

Answer :

100% = $25.30
1% = $25.30 / 100
      = $0.253
8% = $0.253 x 8
      = $2.024
Total = $25.30 + $2.024
         = $27.324
         = $27

Hope this helps :D

Please help anything is appreciated
Katena32 [7]

Answer:

q = -2

Step-by-step explanation:

Constant = whole number

If the two lines are parallel the slopes would be equal.

So if the first line is y = -2x + 5/3

The the second line would become y = -2x + 6.

If q becomes -2, it will be a constant and the two lines will also be parallel

Simplify the given expression. (18+ - 8)2
JulsSmile [24]

Answer:

20

Step-by-step explanation:

Our expression:

2 * (18 + - 8)

Plus then minus (+ -) is the same as just minus ( - )

Some examples:

1 + (+ 1) = 2

1 + (- 1) = 0

1 - (+ 1) = 0

1 - (- 1) = 2

Thus, 18 + - 8 is the same as 18 - 8

2 * (18 + - 8) =

= 2 * (18 - 8) =

= 2* (10) =

= 2 * 10 =

= 20

Answer: 20

Write a sentence that describes the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. (Hint: Ratio langu
kodGreya [7K]

The dependent and the independent variable in the relationship y=60x are y and x respectively.

What are Independent and dependent variables?

The Independent variables are variables whose value does not depend on any other variable. And it causes the change in other variables.

The dependent variable is those variables whose value is not independent and change in this variable is dependent on the change of the independent variable.

Given that you did 60 brush strokes in 1 minute. Therefore, the rate can be written as,

Rate = 60 strokes per minute

Now, the number of stokes in x minutes can be written as,

y = 60x

where y is the number of stokes,

x is the number of minutes

In the above relation, y is the dependent variable because its numerical value depends on time, while x is the independent variable.

Hence, The dependent and the independent variable in the relationship y=60x are y and x respectively.
