In a closed primary, the members of the party select the nominees. This means that the registered members of the Republican Party and the members of the Democrat Party are the ones who can select the nominees to participate as a candidate for office.

This is so because the Party promotes the free association and it is believed that the members of a Party know its possible nominees and have the right to decide whom to choose for.

in a paragraph of 2-3 sentences explain why wilson felt the united states should support the chinese people
AVprozaik [17]

The above question is intended to assess your research and interpretation skills. For that reason, I can't write a paragraph for you, but I'll show you how to write one.

First, you should research Woodrow Wilson's position about China and the commercial relations that could be established in that country and the USA. This research can be done in articles that portray the international relations established by Woodrow Wilson.

According to this research, you can write your paragraph as follows:

  • Show what Woodrow Wilson's main argument was about China.
  • Show how he prepared that argument.
  • Finish by showing why this relationship created support between the US and China.

The judeo-christian concept of an agreement between man and god influenced the early colonists’ views of the role of government.
Leno4ka [110]

Considering mistake in the question, you forget to add U.S. in the question;

It is True that, the concept of agreement between man and god had influenced greatly the early colonists in U.S.,

It is said that, this term, Judeo-Christian, had first appeared around the 19th century, and was used to represent Jewish converts to Christianity.

This term had been also used widely during the cold-war period to represent an unified American community in opposition to communism.

A prominent historian, K. Gaston, had acknowledged that this term was used as to represent U.S. in the 1930s, as a unified cultural identity and distinguishing itself as in opposition to the fascism and communism.

In the 1930s, the Nazi anti-semitism had made the Catholics, protestants and Jews to stress on increasing tolerance and understanding towards  each other's faiths.
