He could create a schedule, block the extra things they do that isn't necessary, or even take a few breaks. When you take a break you relax your mind, and when you do that you stress less so you can be more productive.

There are three ways you can solve this problem:

1.- You can guide yourself through knowledge, and therefore know the answer. There isn´t much to explain here.
