Find the slope.  m = $\frac{y_2 - y_1}{x_2 -x_1} = \frac{3-0}{5--10} = \frac{1}{5}$
Find the y-intercept.  y = mx + b ⇒ y - mx = b
                                                        3 - $\frac{1}{5} (5)$=b
                                                        2=b
So the equation is y = $\frac{1}{5}x+2$
