The Love Canal neighborhood in New York, is a place of around 70 acres that is well known because of a disaster that happened there. This place is a land field that became the epicenter of the massive environmental pollution that occurred and influenced very badly the health of hundreds of residents in this place. Because of the disaster the government reacted with the extensive cleanup operation named ''Superfund''.
