Can something be created without atoms?

Biology

Actually, most things are made up of atoms. Aside from the obvious (atoms themselves, their components and their components relatives), the particles that mediate the fundamental forces (gravitons, photons, gluons, and W and Z bosons, though to be fair only the last two have any actual mass), dark matter, and dark energy are not made up of atoms.

Hope this helps

Answer:

Actually, most things are not made up of atoms. Aside from the obvious (atoms themselves, their components and their components' relatives), the particles that mediate the fundamental forces (gravitons, photons, gluons, and W and Z bosons, though to be fair only the last two have any actual mass), dark matter, and dark energy are not made up of atoms. Light, an electromagnetic radiation, is not made of atoms. The plasma in stars is not technically made of atoms because electrons and nuclei are not combined into atoms. In fact, since dark energy is theorized to make up some 3/4 of the universe and we're fairly certain that there's more dark matter than there is of the more familiar sort, it's possible - even likely - that atomic matter comprises less than 10% of the universe. So yeah, most of the universe is made up of non-atoms.

hope this helps:)

Which of the following senses is most closely related to balance?
polet [3.4K]
C. Hearing

Ears are also responsible for balance, in the part of the Cochlea.

Here you will find a liquid-filled cavity that functions to maintain balance and movement.

Whenever a sound reaches the ear, it creates a sound wave that creates vibration in the eardrum. The pressure when high pushes the membrane inwards while low pressure sound waves helps the eardrum to come outwards.

These sound waves are then transduced when it reaches the cochlea where hair-like structures interprets the sensory information and is relayed to the brain.

A female is born with attached earlobes, which is a recessive phenotype. Which of the following statements about her parents mus
Igoryamba

Complete question:

A female is born with attached earlobes, which is a recessive phenotype. Which of the following statements about her parents must be true?

a. neither has the codominant allele.

b. Her father has an inactivated allele.

c. Both parents have the recessive allele.

d. Her mother carries the dominant allele.

Answer:

c. Both parents have the recessive allele.

Explanation:

A recessive trait is expressed in homozygous recessive genotypes only. If a female expresses the attached earlobe phenotype, she should be homozygous for the allele since the attached earlobe is a recessive trait. If allele "a" gives attached earlobe phenotype in homozygous genotype, the genotype of the female would be "aa". This means that the female has got one copy of the allele "a" from her either parents. Therefore, both her parents should have at least one copy of the recessive allele "a".
