10 diploid cells would be found if a haploid cell has 20 chromosomes.
Hello!
What happens in the light reactions of photosynthesis?
Light energy is absorbed by the grana of the chloropast. This excites the electrons inceasing the energy levels creating an electron transport system.
Water enters the tyrocord and gets split the O2 is released into the atmosphere. The hydrogen gets carried by an electron carrier molecule (NADPH2) and gets taken into the dark reaction (photosynthesis).
I hope this was helpful! c:
Yeah yeah so :D,
Large polar molecules can only cross the membrane with the help of protein named channel protein and carrier protein.
So, this both proteins act like a gate, the large molecules enter the protein and the protein let the large molecules in to the membrane. (see the picture so that you can understand more, its carrier protein)
the only difference between channel protein and carrier protein is, channel proteins has fixed shape while carrier protein can flip.
The cell membrane is a lipid bilayer made of amphipathic phospholipids, which is fluid and selectively permeable to ions and organic molecules, given that the inside of the cell membrane is hydrophobic and the outside is hydrophilic.
The physical characteristics of the cell membrane, along with the proteins and other biomolecules embedded in it, control what enters and leaves the cell.
What the cell membrane DOESN'T do, is control the nucleus of the cell.
