One way in determining your fitness level is trying to do a Full Sprint Run and holding your breath for as long as you can. That way you can determine your cardiovascular capacity and lung capacity. On improving your fitness levels you should do swimming, jogging and of course a balanced diet.

Answer: One thing you could do to test your cardiovascular quality and lung capacity is that, you can complete a full sprint run. However, in order to improve your wellness levels you can swim, run/jog, body weight works out, and eat a balanced diet by counting the amount of calorie intake each day

There are five components of health related fitness. That are cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, composition.

I'm sure the answer you are looking for is specific to your class, but I would say that the nurse should provide something like, "The tumor is most likely benign, but until we test further, we can't know if it's malignancy."
