One way in determining your fitness level is trying to do a Full Sprint Run and holding your breath for as long as you can. That way you can determine your cardiovascular capacity and lung capacity. On improving your fitness levels you should do swimming, jogging and of course a balanced diet.

School is real stressful, bro. It makes me want to eat bread without butter, which is sad. In that case, we should have more time off from school, like 6 months. It would butter my bread if you know what I'm saying. Plus, it would benefit many other people, even teachers.

But some creatures have just a single cell, like an amoeba. They are called unicellular organisms. Other creatures, like us huma
Free_Kalibri [48]

Answer:

Some cells can support life independently, while other cells support life collectively

Explanation:

The cell theory, now universally accepted, contains three main statements: 1-all life forms are composed of cells, 2-cells always come from pre-existing cells, and 3-cells are considered as the basic units of all organisms. Cells are highly specialized structures that can perform specific functions. One single cell may contain all required materials to sustain life in a single-celled organism (e.g., prokaryotic bacteria and protists), where each cell is able to perform all metabolic functions, i.e., growth, development, reproduction, etc. Moreover, cells can also be organized into tissues, organs and systems of organs in multicellular organisms (e.g., plants and animals), in order to perform specific tasks such as, for example, gas exchange in specialized organs called lungs of terrestrial animals.
