The submission to those who were submitted by the crown, the Indians felt affected in their good faith, they felt subdued and could not do much to change history.
They did not have sophisticated weapons in their struggle to achieve the long-awaited independence, and many of them perished by diseases brought by the colonizers. It was because of this that many of them died as a result of these confrontations and being victims of deadly diseases, since as such they did not want to continue under the domain of the Spanish Crown.
