A. to regulate the supply and price of oil (according to the options given)

True answer is as follows:
to regulate the supply and price of oil the members of OPEC have created somewhat of a monopoly to get the highest possible price for the limited supplies of oil without getting into a price war with each other.

OPEC was also created to deter any technological advances from other countries such as the US and Japan from developing an alternative to petroleum based on the given economics of the era...which is actually a moot point in this day and age since there are alternatives to petroleum such as ethanol and electrical cars. At the present time it is still cheaper to have a gas fueled vehicle versus an electrical vehicle.

What factor may contribute to Saudi Arabia having a low UN Human Development ranking?
gizmo_the_mogwai [7]

personas en 1990 a 43 países con algo más de 1.000 millones de personas en 2014);

I believe the answer is: occipital lobe

occipital lobe is the center of visual processing that exist within our brain. When people obtain an input from our visual sensory, we will send it to the occipital lobe and the input would be processed in and resulted in the awareness of what the object is. Damages in this area would make people falsely interpret what they see with another object.

What name is given to the series of roads used by communist forces during the Vietnam war
qwelly [4]

The correct answer is the Hotel (delete "tel". Needed to get past the filter) Chi Minh Trail.

The trail was a series of mountain and jungle paths that were used by the VC forces to attack American and American aligned forces.

Advantageously, the trail ran through Laos and Cambodia, making them ostensibly off limits to American forces as Laos and Cambodia were not part of the theatre of war.
