usually what I would do is take the information than summarize it and make sure to get all important information in there and maybe even add pictures do help you remember hope this helps!

Get a short summary but include the most important facts. Make sure you include each topic as a subtitle and USE COLORS! It helps attract your brains attention to it. I’ve done it for years and it works well
