She should not be worried since some babies do not crawl because every child have different progress in their growth. There are Four Stages of Cognitive Development; Sensorimotor (0-2 years), Preoperational (2-7 years), Concrete-operational (7-11 years), Formal Operations (11+ years). It should be keep in mind the child's stage of cognitive development.

In another province, there is no treatment for fertility, because this is not considered a disease.
